Founder & Director
Software engineer who swapped debugging code for debugging the environment. After years of building digital products, Luke channelled his technical expertise into tackling real-world environmental challenges — founding Community Heros to connect people, fund grassroots projects, and make community-led conservation accessible to everyone.
Samuel Drinkwater
Director
A tech industry veteran with a conscience. Sam brings operational know-how and a builder's mindset to Community Heros, driven by the belief that technology should serve communities, not just shareholders. Hoping to prove that doing good and building great products aren't mutually exclusive.
Deb Jackson
Director
A lifelong nature lover who believes the best way to protect the environment is to get people outside and into it. Deb brings heart, local knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to conservation — ensuring Community Heros stays grounded in the communities it serves.
